Marvell 88W8060 MIMO RF Txceiver - I need to find someone who has used this part...

One of my portfolio companies is using this part in a design, and we are looking for RF & software guys that have integrated this part into wireless consumer products.

Mr. Thompson,
In a past life, I reviewed that SOC for integration... something I found helpful in my decision making process, there are consumer products in production and being sold which incorporate this SOC.

We were unable to locate positive feedback on the products which were using this SOC. One example is netge@r's use of it in their initial 802.11n offerings... following is link to reviews which I found to be typical of products that integrated that SOC:

It seems that high failure rates abound, and from contacting end users and conducting informal surveys, we found that most indicated concern about cooling, as it seems that HEAT was typically cited as suspicion of failure cause.
