A webscam content website
I am currently looking to get a website developed which would primarily be a high resolution webcam content providing medium. What the various options i can build this? Is there any hosted solutions available off the shelf? what is the setup i need to have to runt his as a business.

before you get too far keep in mind that high resolution webcams require upstream bandwidth at the webcam location. 5Mb/sec is a good start. most consumer circuits may give you 30Mb+ down, but only 1Mb up. And so you will need a much more expensive circuit.
this 16:9 cam is only using a T1 (1.5Mb) and you can see how the quality is a little degraded, frame rate not great. www.SunDiegoLive.com

more importantly you need to have marketing strategy in place.
experiened personnel to take ownership of digital,online marketing is required. technical part is only 20% of the overall roadmap .
you need to use content delivery network to deliver high resolution digital content in realtime. ask them. like servint.com, maxcdn.com etc. they are specialist in these kinda stuff . not affiliated. there are other networks which host entertainment content. you know what i mean :-) .
