What are some examples of cutting-edge use of video on the web (preferably in a business-to-business context)?

A fairly easy way to set up a live video stream. For many it is putting this ability into their hands for the first time. Very, very cool.

check out the Media Lab's LabCAST. The videos are great, but the delivery is so-so. They're working on that, don't worry (see http://tinyurl.com/6bt3hy.)
Our studio has done a lot to integrate third-party video hosting with an open-source CMS and with LightVideo for delivery. Check out http://www.peopleshistory.us/watch/videos. We've added three-way switches in the CMS to go between Vimeo, YouTube and local video in case of a severe traffic spike or network difficulties.

Business to business uses for web video range from the instructional to promotion/advertising.
That said every video has to be entertaining and on message if it's going to get watched. For that reason look at what people are doing in cutting edge video anywhere and then generalize it to the context or client you're working with.
A good place to start is Adverblog which covers a range of interactive media - including video used for both BtoC and BtoB applications.

It's not exactly B2B nor is it exactly cutting-edge, but Daily Motion's thumbnail previews that appear at the end of a video (a la You Tube) will play if you place your cursor over the thumbnail and leave it there for a second or two. Nice feature. Check it out here: http://www.dailymotion.com/us/featured/channel/news/video/x7aj7o_good-what-the-next-president-inheri_news (move the play head to the end if you don't feel like sitting through the whole video).
