Do you know a good webmail interface with IMAP support I could install ? I like RoundCube a lot ( http://roundcube.net/ ) but the development is a bit slow...

Squirrel mail is typically rated one of the best Web mail interfaces because it can typically run on any browser without any problems since it's geared for no frills web mail experience by default. It's also pretty easy to install.
I hear good things about Horde Imp as well so that is worth checking out too.
However if you want the polished interface and are prepared to see some minor instability then sticking to RoundCube svn daily builds may still be an option, though this is up to you since I'm unsure of what particular features that don't currently exist in RoundCube stable or development trees that you want or your tolerance to beta test their web mail software.

as already suggested by others i would go for Horde IMP
you could say that it's almost the standard webmail interface on the web. many populuar internet companies use it.
it is also the most flexible one. IMP is part of the Horde framework which is a very popular web application framework which has been in development for almost 10 years.
so you can only install the imp webmail component or add lots of additional functions with the help of other horde components like a calendar (kronolith), task manager (nag), notes manager (mnemo), adress book (turba) etc.
it is also very customisable.
the horde framework is a very active project, so you can expect updates with new features and security fixes to be released rather regularly.

I've used IlohaMail, which appears to be what RoundCube uses for the IMAP support. It's not all that fancy, but gets the job done.

I think the best choise for IMAP support is Squirrel mail (www.squirrelmail.org).
please note that squillermail only use IMAP to connect to your mail server (not pop3 at all) so you'll need the IMAP support, courier-imap could be a good choise...
We have put in place Horde for several of our customers and they are fully satisfied.
I hate to recommend it, but you can use gmail. They have the normal web interface that is up 24x7. They also began offering IMAP support about 5 months ago. Generally, I prefer open solutions, but if this is for a buisness gmail can even be set to handle email at yourname@yourdomain.com for a small yearly fee.
