I recommend you take a look at LanceSoft. Their website is www.lancesoft.com and they are a multinational company doing business in 43 states, the EU, and South Africa. Their off-shore base of operations is India however. Their rates are good, they provide service level guarantees, and no, I don't work for them nor would I derive any personal benefit from any transaction you might engage them on.

I just happen to know a good bit about the company, its management, and its track record, all of which are top-notch.
