I found HubSpot while keeping current on industry trends. I've used their website grader many times and referred others to it. I 'hired' them for a website solution. The salesperson was very tolerant and answered questions quickly. The consulting services were also great. The user interface to build the new website we pretty easy to use and never having built a site before, I was able to do it myself in a couple weeks. I had some techinical issues and the help desk was super! As far as performance, I tripled my leads over the previous website and barely tapped the potential of what I could've done with HubSpot.

I really like their twitter ranking system as it represents your influence on other people not just the number of follwers you have.
I also listened to some of their free seminars at inbound university but did not like them that much as they did not teach me anything I did not know already (but maybe that is just me). Nevertheless I like them giving away some of their services for free and to me it seems like that makes them even more successful but I do not have any proof so far.

I've been a HubSpot customer since February, 2007 and will be forever. With their guidance, I've established my company Create Write Now, home of 'Journaling for the Health of It' (TM) as the journal writing therapy expert site. They constantly provide all types (blogs, webinars, forums...) of resources to help my company be a better inbound marketing magnet.

I have nothing but good things to say about Hubspot. We've been using their software and methodology for a couple of months now. Before this we were experimenting with various different aspects of online marketing - but nothing was really joined up.
Using Hubspot has enabled us to pull together all these different threads into a coherent, easily measurable approach.

We're focusing more on viral and mobile right now, as those seems to be the new growth market. Technologies like JavaFX allow mobile apps to be used in the browser, dragged onto desktop (widgets), and used on Set-Top Boxes and other CE devices moving to support cross-platform, cross-device JavaFX.
