Other than TruCast what other companies are integrating (web 3.0, NPL, semantic tech) monitoring and CRM
Curious to know the state of the online media monitoring industry and its integration with CRM. If monitoring companies are moving to CRM, or CRM moving to media monitoring. What other companies besides visible technologies are integrating the two?

Hi John,
We are also integrating social media monitoring into workflow & CRM at Radian6. The use case for listening is broadening across the entire enterprise including customer support, sales, marketing/PR. We have complete workflow solutions largely in use by corporate customers directly (and in some cases in collaboration with agencies) which allows users to assign posts, tag content, classify it (i.e. track customer service complaints, etc.) collaborate internally on responses/engagement, and measure/report on team performance metrics, etc.
This area is growing quickly as more brands need to go beyond "just listening" into responding to customers online, tracking issues, etc. Send me a note if you want a deeper convo about it.
