My conputer reboots every time i go on the net?

Kindly help me, i am facing this very peciluar problem.. everytime i log onto the net say to check my gmail and when i click to read or delete a mail my pc reboots immediately. after rebooting when i again go on the net ..this time it immediately reboots and then the third time nothing is displayed on the screen but the fan and the processor keeps running.
I have shown to two vendors and it works fine at their place. cant figure out the problem.
Kindly advice. i have also got the motherboard checked and its fine.

What operating system?

Open the event log and see what is being reported. That could provide some clue.

*) Run Anti-Virus....
*) Restore your PC to previous point..If you use Windows XP..go to Start Menu>>> Choose "All Programs">>> Then "Accessories">>> Then "system Tools">>> Then Click on "System Restore"...and restore your PC to previous point, make it a period before you have noticed the problem...
