Looking for attorney and accountant in Atlanta Ga area that can give me monthly figures on the avearge to plug in my Business plan. Are there any setup fees also?

There are a couple of ways you can approach this. If you're starting up and taking the frugal approach with funds then you should use LegalShield. They are a national network of large law firms that will service your business just like an expensive attorney for only $75/mo. It's truly amazing and our company uses them for more frequent projects.
I also have access to a great accountant in Atlanta, her company is exFinancial.
