Does your small business use an answering service? What _don't_ you like about yours?

I'd love to hear your top three pet peeves about your current answering service, or your complaints about the one you left before you switched to your perfect call center. You don't have to name names. I'm writing a general marketing piece on answering services, and I'm interested in what people who aren't my company's clients have to say. Thanks for your honest, brutal answers in advance.
