For one of my clients I am looking for an informal investor with affinety to sports.
This client has created a company around developing software. The latest development is an integral sports management software system. Earlier you had the clubdoctor and the coach and the board that all had their own MIS. When one of the parties concerned left the club, part of the data were gone. With this system this is dealt with.
Interested parties are FIFA, FIH, soccer leagues, other sports organisations and many major football and fieldhockeyclubs.
The system can be used for all kinds of teamsports. There are already several versions for football, fieldhockey, etc,
The shareholders have invested over 3 million euro's in the company.
They are now looking for investors that are willing to provide the company with a loanfacility of 50K euro minimum up to 300K euro against an interest rate of 12% per annum.
