Can someone please provide me some training material on joomla??
I know about the quickstart guide for joomla but i am looking for something in the pdf or chm format which will give me how to use joomla

You can download their entire 'manual' from their site in .pdf format. There are also some YouTube tutorials out there, but are probably more along the 'quick start' type you mentioned.
