RF diode
Can anyone tell me where can I get some free samples of RF diode that has low forward voltage drop (VF<0.5 volt @ IF=20 mA) and can be used as high frequency recitfier?

Hi Rashed,
Check with your HP sales rep. for samples. See PN HSMS8101. It will do 1 GHz under .5 Vf at 20 mA. Good for RF based environmental power scavenging. Low Cj makes matching easy.

You can try to ask directly semiconductor/RF companies like NXP, Fairchild, Triquint, Macom, Hittite...
Anyone that has the kinf of diode you need.
By the way, My guess is you'll have better luck looking directly for Ga or GaAs diodes.

Best bet is to check with distributors.
No sense finding the perfect diode if no one has it in stock to sell.
Check out Mouser, Digikey, Newark, Jameco and others.
Try www.findchips.com and www.oemstrade.com to find parts and prices.
Get over the idea of free samples.
From a lot of manufacturers, your grandchildren will be old and grey before the free samples arrive.
