Anyone doing heavy vehicle hybrid drive (Diesel-Electric) development or applications?

I recommend talking with Ricardo or AVL. Both are engineering consultancies. I have worked with both firms on Heavy Hybrid vehicle programs.
I highly recommend talking with Chris Hennessy @ AVL. He REALLY gets this stuff and knows how to execute.
