What New Years Resolutions are CEOs making for 2010?

I am collecting these answers as an article for a major publication and am interested in the thoughts of CEOs regarding their own resolutions for next year. Many that have responded in another forum have given me a primary goal for their organization. While this may be the driving factor, what I am most interested in is what the CEO her- or himself sees as THEIR action or resolution. There isn't a hidden agenda here regarding good or bad...it's just a method of looking at what CEOs are thinking.

You can send your contribution to me personally at todd@impactsuccess.com or you can post it here. In either case, if it is used in the article I will send you the when and where of publication.

Thanks!

My resolution for 2010 is to focus on service to my clients. I find that many people want to feel special and somehow, society has gotten away from that. My clients and everyone that I meet will know that they matter to me.

Adjust Goals According to the Environment
Provide Customers an Uplifting and Profitable Relationship
