What solution do you recommend to effectively measure and manage conversions of PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google/Yahoo/MSN)?

At a budget of around max $3,000 a year, I am looking for something straightforward where I can see google, msn, and multiple yahoo accounts, campaigns, adgroups and keywords/ads in a tree structure, or a similarly simple, logical structure.

Being able to easily see conversions, ROAS for each of these levels is essential.

Normally I would be happy to rely on Google Analytics, but in this specific case that's not an option.

I have tried low-budget solutions like Conversion Ruler or JazReturns, but haven't really been satisfied with how they organize the data.

Any sharing of experience will be appreciated.

For clarification the question is indeed focused on software or online-system solutions, not on outsourcing.

Yes you can rely or have other options like

1. If you think for outsourcing then you could have two benefits time-management and professional assistance. Pay Per Click campaigns should be monitored multiple times throughout each day. If a merchant is going to be successful online, he or she will be responsible for many hours each week managing bid changes, writing and adding new advertising copy, reconfiguring daily, weekly, and monthly budget figures, and reviewing and acting on analytics data. There is a lot to do, and very little time to do it... especially if the merchant is a single-person or smaller operation.
2. I will suggest you to purchase tool like web analytics offer its customers immediate access ALERT, a powerful analytics alerting and monitoring product that delivers real-time alerts via email as well as the ability to quickly locate the most dynamic reports.

Hope this will help and guide to optimal answer.

Sandeep

I use Google Analytics for checking the performance but I also use ClickTracks for tracking in each medium , that's quite good that I can track the Clicks, Funnels and Conversion easily, also we can detect the Click Fraud as well. I think you should use another tool for cross checking the results due to in each tools , they are different of cookie time duration.

I would love to see such a tool, if it indeed exists. This can be done through the Google AdWords/Analytics platform natively, but with MSN and Yahoo it's not as straightforward (I particularly feel your pain about wanting to see results for multiple Yahoo accounts from one interface). We've been working on building our own in-house solution, but the multiples APIs are proving quite the trick to work with.

I foggily recall there being some enterprise-level solutions that might offer something like this, but they may blow away your $3k/yr budget. I'll see if I can dig any up.
