I need a name for a group.
I am an independant sales representative. I own my own company. I run around with others like me and we are starting a real live group that will meet monthly for encouragement, sharing war stories, talking best/worst practices, business deals and passing leads to each other.
We need a name preferrably with a nice acronym. Currently I have "Network of Sales Professionals" as a starting point and general description. I do not want that boring uncreative name - NSP. So I thought I would put it on the net. I would appreciate any input.

Hmmm...billion "networking" groups out there...all with similar names.
Make it different and brand-able.
I like the acronym better than what it stands for, although it should apply, as to avoid criticism from other (jealous) networking groups out there.
I like "JOE"...like "Joe Sales Guy"..it also has coffee involved too, like these groups typically do.
I'm a "Joe"..you a Joe?
It could stand for something like..
"Just-Opportunity-Exchange".
..The "J" could stand to be exchanged..but the OE are perfect.."Joining"...
"Joint" actually sounds better to me.

How about just a slight adjustment of your original idea to "Network of Sales Talent". This lets you coin the acronym "NeST" .. which - perhaps - captures the idea of a gathering of a family, a homecoming , safety, security.
