Would love to hear the "good, bad and ugly" on the use of Sugar as CRM program for sales folks?

I can only give you "good"... it was easy to install, easy to use, provides excellent communication and collaboration ...
I have used this CRM software,initially there were some problems but after they moved to www2. platform things have changed for better.

I haven't used sugar in about a year - didn't like it. Biggest issue for me was search. I would often search for things (both accounts and contacts) and not find them, though I knew they were there. Sometimes it took several searches to find what I was looking for... and sometimes I would have to scroll through pages and pages of lists to find the account I wanted. Very frustrating and time consuming.
Still - in the past year that might have been solved.
