Too many to count and it changes every day. I have clients in a variety of different industries, and following their issues demands looking into a number of different blogs every day.

I currently have 25 on my RSS reader, but also check out a few others periodically.
Blogs 6.
4 on a daily basis and then an additional 10-20 every week depending on what I'm working on. If a client is doing a major push for web media it might be 100 that week/month....
I subscribe to around 150, and try to clear them weekly. It can be difficult to keep on top of them, so there are around 20-30 which I check daily to make sure I am up with the industry.

I have about 200 feeds in my rss reader and six primary feeds on my Google home page. I clear these out each week and I remove the "dead" ones each month.
I also pair down the feeds based upon my own arbitrary "credibility" criteria. If I feel the blogger is full of crap or if he/she is promoting an agenda that is offensive, I remove the blog.
Most of the blogs I read are business or news related.

I have 35 in my reader. In fairness, three of them are trashy gossip blogs, but the rest are directly relevant, I swear!

Hi! I read 31 blogs on a regular basis but I`m most active in only 9 or 10 of them..
There is a slight difference between reading and scanning. I read about 3 blogs on daily base. Through Netvibes I will be scanning about 20 blogs on daily base.
Not much of a subscriber buy I do track around 30 blogs covering areas like Knowledge Management, CRM and Innovation.

GREAT question. I am a blogger, not a marketer, but I have 87 blogs on my feedreader.

Blogs: 4 to 6. It varies...I usually rotate old dead ones out and replace them with more active ones.

I'm subscribing to 68 through Google Reader. Primarily related to PR and social media, but a few of personal interest as well. Scan them to zero daily and use del.icio.us to bookmark titles I want to read thoroughly (good for Fri. afternoon) or save for a later time/project.
Just 1-2, that are specific to some of the target accounts I am gathering information on...
Good question! :) I visit around 20 regularly. Weekly I might read close to 80-100 depending upon what I am looking at.
Honestly, while many blogs may provide a "feet on the street" perspective, and are good for general trending, many of them are not written/researched to the level where I take much stock in their conclusions. That said, I regularly look to about a half-dozen in my chosen fields (or for industry research).

Probably a dozen or so. I'm an active user of Facebook, Twitter, and del.icio.us, so I read a lot of blog content that users of those platforms distribute. Given that, my exposure to the blogosphere is pretty high.
I've gone the last five months without using an RSS reader for real-time feeds -- you've just reminded me that that has to change.

A lot more now that Apple Mail has a built in RSS reader, in fact that is how I found this question now that LinkedIn pushes RSS feeds. Here are links though to some of the PR related blogs I subscribe to...
10 or so at work, and up to 40 personal/semi-professional.
My reader says I have 164 feeds currently.
Offline and online public relations/marketing communications professional.
Well, I subscribe to a bunch -- ranging from PR/marketing/social media, to just business, local (NW Ohio) and parenting ones.
But, I read, or really have time to read/glance through them every so often (1-3x per week on average).
Oh, and your question -- "regularly" -- I'd say a dozen. Also try to find new ones connected to work and personal interests.
