Any HubSpot users out there??

We're looking into HubSpot to use for SEO, tracking analytics, a new CMS, to begin blogging and taking advantage of social media resources, and trying to fully utilize our website (for kind of the first time in the company's past).

Is there anyone who is currently using HubSpot?? What has your experience been? What do you dislike about it? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!

~ Chris

I've been using hubspot resources for the past 9 month, and I used all their free resources to re-design a CRM based in Lotus Notes for the company I used to work, all their tools and advice are great and I was able to increase traffic by 25% in 2 month and google links by 183%, but now that I'm working for my own company I started using their software.
All the metrics that I had to go over diferent websites to get it it are now in a dashboard, extremelly friendly and let me put it to you this way, do a search in Google for "South Florida Inbound Marketing" and you will find @atwebplace, this site is being up for only 2 weeks.
(Disclaimer: I'm trying to become a business partner with hubspot)

Chris we used Hubspot to help with optimizing our pages for SEO at E-LOAN as well as the consulting services. Really helped with page tagging and understanding how important the Blog and Social Media links were for increases our overall page rank. I would definately try the full service as it is nominally priced and able to be terminated on very short notice.

HubSpot is one of the BEST tools available on the market today. As an industry professional I highly recommend it. In addition to having an incredible product, they are truly an impressive and innovative company.

As a marketer, I would HIGHLY recommend you check out their Inbound Marketing University to learn more about ANYTHING you could possibly want to know that is marketing/web related. They are hands down the BEST resource I am aware of and they educate people for FREE. GO HUBSPOT! =)

Hello,

I might be a little late to the party, but my company just started using HubSpot. Currently I am going through the training and it's a lot to learn. If you are starting from zero (I didn't think I was until I dug deep.) it feels like a lot of work, but what I discovered is that I incorporate various concepts into my daily "web browsing" I do for work. I find ideas for blogs, answer peoples questions, develop the brand so to speak. HubSpot might be on the cusp of something that could become much larger. My company''s limited implementation has already garnered some rewards. Our web page is transitioning to theirs, so tracking, analytics, funneling, everything will be in one place.

It is an excellent program, one I recommend (and I recommend it a lot).

Cheers

I highly recommend HubSpot... not only is the software easy to use but the resources in the paid version are fantastic. They are great people there too have been so helpful. I thought I knew SEO pretty good before HubSpot but now... I found that I had a lot to learn. Nevertheless, using the system, the recorded webinars and such, I really believe I fully understand SEO and Inbound Marketing now. I am really excited to be switching over my entire site to the HubSpot system this upcoming week!

Chris,

I'm very impressed with HubSpot. With the free trial, you can't go wrong. Some clients have reported up to a 30x ROI!

I'm currently attending their Inbound Marketing University and am also finalizing the details to be in their Partner Program.

If you have any other questions, just ask. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction.

I only really use their free tools and participate in their free webinars. Both very good I might add.

I found hubspot to be an extremely powerful tool. You had everything at your fingertips. I had the one week free trial. Unfortunately I could not get anyone to give me any direction on how to use the site. Still a great product...especially for the price.

I was meeting with a prospective client not three hours ago that says they will be using HubSpot for SEO.

Would definitely love to hear from people that are using them as the ups and downs as well...

I know you are looking for comments from customers (not employees) so I will just direct you to other discussions on LinkedIn where people have answered this question already so you can get more data.

Here are links to people talking about
HubSpot on Twitter and interviews with our customers:

Mentions on Twitter - http://twitter.com/HubSpot/favourites
Customer quotes/videos - http://www.hubspot.com/customer-case-studies

The 3 LinkedIn links below are to similar questions so you can read those responses for more info, directly from users/customers (mostly, someties people who have not used our software feel like they can talk about it... not sure why):
