Pay a good SEO company to keyword research and SEO - even better - trade a direct marketing campaign for an SEO campaign and publish the results. Great publicity for you and the SEO company providing you both perform well!
Gideon is on the right lines, but you need to strike a happy medium between too much and too little copy. You should also bring a one-line testimonial in. Saying you're the number 1 in your field might be an extravagant claim, can you back it up?

I agree with Gideon on many of the points he made. You are using Joomla and a template from Rocket Theme for your website. The combination of these two can be very powerful both visually and from an SEO perspective.
The BEST way I see that has not yet been suggested is to place an OPT-IN on your home page and every other page of your site and begin building a list. Anyone who opts into your list will be a qualified prospect for your services.
When keeping in contact don't pound them with sales pitches. Give them quality information that will keep them wanting more.
Good copywriting is definitely something you need to invest in as well.
