Guerilla Marketing - looking to meet gurus (brokers, dealers, etc) for rapid penetration in the foodservice market

I am looking at understanding the foodservice industry infrastructure works by meeting the people that make things happen. I want to learn from you professional movers and shakers - I need mentors in the foodservice industry and this is a good place as any to ask around (I figured that the gurus hang out here).
