It depends on the type of trade show. If I go to a conference with intent to network... it sucks to run out of business cards. One idea one of the booths had was to have a printer and laptop for creating business cards on the fly. They would put your name, company and contact info on the business card. The cool thing was the design of the card included the logo of the conference/tradeshow. So anyone you hand your card to remembered how they met you. It was a great way to get people to the booth, have a few minutes to talk to them while helping them out.
It's a practical takeaway that was memorable.

Today, a 16GB Thumb disk is available at €20 (or less) in market. If order for giveaway gift in quantity, the costs of each will be much less.
