What are the best proven techniques for Direct marketing a Business to Business internet based service that has provided a proven boost to contract applicants and completed contracts?

The customer are young blue collar and professionals. The contract tends to be for 12 months.

The product has resulted in 100% increase in applicants and 50% increase in contracts. Both results are better than all other sources combined.

The customer is older, frequently not tech savy, and frequently does individually use the service but does make the buying decision.

The customer does NOT individually use the service, but does make the buying decision.

Also, I am interested in specific steps to apply to our marketing campaign.
