My top 5 priorities:

1) Top Human Specialized Talent: It is a mandatory condition in an enterprise where knowledge about business process and proficiency in highly technological tools is essential to succeed.

2) Build trustful customer’s relationships: Customer satisfaction is undoubtedly a top concern to build a long-term relationship with prospective customers in relevant markets to any System Integration Company. A satisfied customer is the best guarantee to propel company’s growth and allow the desired market share expansion.

3) Superior consultancy capacity: In order to consolidate a competitive advantage our System Integration Company must hire and retain world-class consultants with insights in Business Process Management, Six-Sigma methodology, CRM and Change Management to offer to the relevant market a system integrated solution where consultancy is a plus.

4) Making a branding: The fact of being a services oriented enterprise doesn’t imply at all that advertisement investments to build an outstanding brand in the marketplace must not be done. Otherwise, heavy exposition on ERP oriented events, for example SAPHIRE (for SAP deployments) are useful to create awareness about how your System Integration Company performs and benchmarks against the big players in the system integration game.

5) Strategic alliances with market leaders: To consolidate long-term success in a very crowded and competitive market is a must build alliances with enterprise leaders in different technological segments, in a form where also may achieve strategic alignment with the company’s business plan, and mission and vision statements.
