What is the correct definition of Performance Excellence and how it is different from Organizational Excellence?
I would like to differentiate my understanding between the terms Performance Excellence and Organizational Excellence.Also i would like to know are there any guidelines for assessing the Organizational Excellence level like the ones Performance Excellence platforms having like MBNQA,EFQM ?

Performance Excellence can become evident when an organization beats its competitors, and it is usually measured by the ability to sustain a leading or significant market share Organizational Excellence performance is achieved through the successful integration of a variety of operational and strategic elements that enables an organization to become one of the best in its industry

Simply, performance excellence is both individual and team based as part of an organization. Organizational excellence is how the organization (the entity) competes in it's market space.
Performance Excellence is internal & Organizational Excellence is external. They are sometimes related and sometimes not.
A Organization may have highly performing excellent teams but external performance( in terms of Market Share/Profits ...) may not be that great.
example: Sun Microsystems
A Organization may have low performing teams but Organizational Performance(external performance in terms of Market Share/Profits ...) may be exceptional. This might happen due to M&A.Here growth is not organic and most of the revenue comes from the acquired companies not because of the internal innovation/excellence.
