I would respond with why would you want to do that? Is there none existing that you could work with?
Other than that because of the cultural nuances I would suggest partnering with a local to start a company. That is unless you are of Asian decent and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

It seems that my answer did not reach your previoues question.
Here is what you could do:
1. Check OCRA worldwide - easily found in Yahoo. They provide all you need. I might even have their offer for such services from couple years ago somewhere. If their services seem a bit pricy, you could try the alternative.
Alternatives:
2. A. Check some UK specialized sites - it is HK's former metropoly, after all. They must have lots of companies doing this.
2. B. Try checking some HK sites - most of them speak English. You would need to look for a firm, that offers legal services of such kind.
3. What you need to ask them:
3.1 HK compay with account in HK bank. Maybe HSBC, check how convinient they work with remout account management - if you will be able to manage your account by internet. Some of them are very conservative.
3.2 You must want to rent a table, phone and fax in some of the offices in HK and have a legal address in HK- they must have such service. HK phone and fax can be re-routed to your Argentina office.
3.3. They must provide themselves or introduce a partner company for accounting and tax paying purposes in HK for you.
In general, do not overestimate the cultural differences, they are economic and very pragmatic people, in my experience.
