The marketing and business development teams at Oracle will make Taleo (an applicant tracking system program) even more popular than ever with employers. This was a great business move for Oracle that's for sure because with their well established brand they can also increase margins substantially.
It's a toss up but it could push their clients into more of a number... We're offering some excellent incentives for those that are concerned about losing service and paying more.
