Try www.jobsinthemoney.com. I have heard that it is a good resource for these kinds of jobs.

Over the years I have always had the best success with good old Monster. In doing comparisons year after year, Monster stays competitive on pricing and because it is so highly visable, most people go there first to post their resumes, a least in the F&A arena. Other sites like Careerbuilder and JobsintheMoney end up being firing ranges for Robert Half and some of the other giants out there where they post job after job after job and that detracts from the attractiveness of the website to a lot of candidates; or so I am told. Some of the smaller sites like Nettemps and USA Jobs have their moments, but they end up pulling the same resumes that are initially submitted through larger sites for the most part. I always find quality candidates on Monster any time a search gets to the point of needing to jump on a job board to find candidates.

For lower end jobs/titles I find the CraigsList gives me the best response and of course the more bang for my buck as it is free. On higher end jobs by far Monster has worked the best and also Ladders has good folks in the higher price range!

I think this really will vary depending on location. Here in Kentucky, this is what we have found: For lower level accounting positions Careerbuilder is the best choice. For any higher level positions Monster works best for us. They are not the best priced job boards out there, however we get a better response.
