My organization, Birches Group, carries out salary surveys in Kazakhstan and Ukraine (as well as 145 other countries). In our most recent survey, we noted in Kazakhstan significant though not prevailing practice of the provision of health club benefits to staff. In Ukraine the practice was also found but less prominent.
Since tuition reimbursement is usually for work related studies, we do not uniformly collect data on this issue since it is not uniformly considered a benefit.
