Small business financing in Seattle?

What's the easiest way to get a $50k - $125k expansion loan for a rapidly small business in Seattle? My company is growing rapidly, with 250% yearly growth for the past 3.5 years, and since we moved to Seattle, that is accelerating. We're signing new customers almost beyond the point that we can deploy them in a timely fashion, and need to start spending more on Consultants, or hire another full-time engineer.

We really would like to work with someone who can understand the value of our business model.

Location specific: Greater Seattle Area

Look into the SBA programs. www.sba.gov, look for preferred (PLP) lenders in your area.

Also try some of the Small Business Development Centers at the local universities.
Check ww.score.org to see if they have a chapter in Seattle.
