You can be offered well for all of the above but will the company still be in the market in the next 2-3 years? Go with the industry leaders.
You need to look at what types of benefit program the company has, and does it work for you and your family. What is/are the pension programs, and does that fit with your future plans.

This has to be an individual thing, both in terms of what uis on the list and order of priority. It will also vary depending on your current situation and desires/responsibility.

Sankar - I would recommend mirroring the components that make up employee engagment. By using employee engagment factors you can get a more accurate and complete picture of the nature/quality of a potential future engagement. I would also encourage to include a dimension around market attractiviness and customer satisfaction as criteria.
