What is the most intimidating factor when meeting with recruiters on-site at your college?

If you're a recent college intern or new hire coming out of school, what is the most intimidating factor in meeting with recruiters from companies that visit your school either to do on-campus recruiting and interviews?

It's rather depressing when you do research on a company and know that they hire people with your educational background, then you get to the career fair to find out they're recruiting for a certain major. This is normally ok, because you're still able to make a contact with someone from the company. But I've had about one or two recruiters who simply acted reluctant to even take my resume because they weren't seeking people with my major at that moment. (And it wasn't a far stretch either. I'm a management major, and they were seeking other business disciplines.)
