I have finger prints with IL DCFS on file.(to work in daycare not because of criminal record). I would like to get a copy of the fingerprints. Can/how would I do that?

I would go to the IL DCFS and ask for a copy.
Or you can be fingerprinted somewhere else... I think.

Honestly, you might have to prove your identity by going down there with government issued IDs, pay a fee, pay for parking and wait in line. This way might be faster and work equally well for what you need.

The fastest way to do this would be to create a black square on a piece of scrap paper with a magic marker/Sharpie. Put your all your fingers on it one at a time and immediately press them one at a time on a new sheet of clean white paper. Refresh the black square's wetness as often as needed.
Put your fingerprints in order starting with your right thumb and move left to right. Align your fingerprints in one straight line of course so it looks official.
Next, label this document, official finger prints Thomas Passarelli with middle initial, SS number and address. This is done in case someone has a similar name or you have a common name. Next run it through your printer so the label shows below your fingerprints. Now you can scan it with any scanner so it is a digital document by saving it as a PDF file. Now email it to whomever requested it.

I believe in avoiding government red tape whenever possible.

Another thing, don't ever listen to your Ipod and sing I shot the "Sheriff, but I didn't get his Deputy..." while you are having a full body search at the that airport in Chicago... I'll never do that again believe me. They were listening and it's all over YouTube now. I must say it was educational, I learned I only sound good in the shower and Bono's job is safe despite the fact we are nearly identical twins.

Why was I singing at the airport on camera? Well, those Golden Margarita's were so good. 8vD

Did that thought make you laugh? You should see the YouTube video. 8vD Ho, ho, ho... ;v)
