Know of any bakeries that have capacity and are willing to take on a handmade product?
I have a co-packer currently, but our business is growing and I need additional capacity. My current baker is maxed out and lacks scaleability. I'd like to find someone in the mid-west, if possible to make travel easier for training, etc.
