We work withtele sales people all over the US . Does anyone have any expereince with skype phoes being used in the type of an application.
We need auto dail and Looking for a company that will assist in audit of sales calls, all in a virtual environment,
We would like our sales people to tape an hour a month of their calls
Application must ,Record calls, Measure Call Results , Record on Demand and Third Party Verification

hey if u work for some telemarketing company (callcenter) i think skype is not suited for u(how come i knw tht hey i hav my own callecnter ;-),
anyways,based thing will b the third party software called PD(best will be astreisk based one),
and on tht u can get ur required things tht is crm,record calls,measure call resulta,record on demand,third party verification.
