Hi Lori, not sure if I fully understand your question, but we use SAP SmartForms to create our PO, which essentially uses 2 main lines for each item. Line 1 prints the order details (qty, price, UOM, etc), and line 2 contains the short text description. If additional details are required they are included in the item long text. An example is as follows:
