• Click "Account & Settings" on the top of the page
• On the next page, in the "Personal Information" section, click the "Close Your Account" link and you are done!

DO NOT do what Mark suggests. You will wind up closing your entire profile, not just your business account.

INSTEAD, simply contact customer service. Choose the tab that says "Ask Customer Service. Under Category, select Premium Accounts, and the sub category, downgrading my premium account.
