Can you recommend a telephone answering service in NZ?
We'd like a service that would take calls when our lines are busy and either put through the call to another one of our people or take a message and email/sms the message to the relevant person. Can you recommend a company that provides a highly professional service and at good rates?

Hi Alan,
We did an assessment of phone answering services and found the Telecom service to be the most cost effective for our call rate and project structure. Downers was that SMS was extra and we found their analysis of call data appalling. They rely on other companies to provide that data analysis service all for another fee.
