Nope ..things are going down!! The Booms lost!!
Bangalore for example cut its office rentals by half. to top it up the domestic Real estate Market showed a ver nominal increase of 2 to 3% over the last 8 months.

As per a Real Estate Investor, who has substantial investments in the sector and whom I have known for a long time to be a shrewd player, this is the time to sell or at least keep out of the market for the next 1.5 to 2 years.
Is it possible for people outside of India to invest in Real Estate there? If some can you contact me.
I have seen a market correction in some parts but not necessarily a downward trend in prices. It is a sell or hold time in most places but some places still offer a good investing opportunity.
The long-term outlook looks good. But in the near term it's overvalued. It's time to sell now and wait for the things to cool down unless if want to ride the wave.

Real Estate in India is at an exponential boom. With massive IT parks and residential colonies coming up, especially in South India, Chennai in particular is booming with investments worth Rs.500 crore already been sanctioned.
Anyone interested in investing in prime properties, promoting IT parks etc...kindly contact me.

Not a clarification - Just want to add to my above answer:
Anyone even interested in small time investments for long term assured returns can also contact me. Investments even to the tune of 3-5 lacs in clear properties on the outskirts of chennai would give good returns in the long run.
Contact me for more details.
Is this a trick question? You're kidding, right?

Seems like Pune and Chennai may have more upside than Hyderabad and Kolkatta

Sorry, I am not interested to pay in cash to buy a property with unknown title, and with an unjustified premium in the name of investment.
