Dear Monica, why don't you want to work with the international RE consultants like Colliers Intl, DTZ, CBRE and others? They are usually aware of all the projects planned or under development on the market and can be helpful with providing an overview of available properties. Also, as a general rule, their services are paid by the Owners.

How about retail in Brazil?...I might have an opportunity I can share in the near future. Likely going to be in the (US) $50million + range though.
