Workers Compensation carriers for steel foundry SIC 3325?
What carriers have a work comp appetite for steel foundry risks? Wausau and AIG are not carriers I would be able to explore. Total premium is between 80-120K, .76 experience mod... good experience and superior safety programs.
Thanks for any recommendations,
Tom

Try Amerisafe, Zenith or American Interstate if they are availabel in your area.
I havn't worked with steel foundries before, but I would search the website MyNewMarkets.com. It is a way of finding markets for hard to rate risks.

Depending on your location...FCCI, Accident Fund, and Amerisafe.
Tom,
I haven't dealt with Glatfelter on this type of operations but we do write a lot of fire departments with them. They are a good company. I would also try Amerisafe and Appalachian Underwriters.
Tom,
Have you look into PEO services? I would love to talk to you about our program and how we can help you reduce costs. Let me know, it is worth at least looking into.
