I am in the process of working on providing a total compensation statement for employees. Does anyone have any good templates/examples of Total Compensation statements?

For an organization of you size, compensation statements should be provided by your broker at no cost to you. You should not have to invent the wheel on this. However, if for some reason you would prefer to do it yourself, email me at jsilvers@lwarner.com and I'll send you an example.

I recommend Jim Stengle (jstengle@brooksinsurance.com) from Brooks Insurance. He has a great template.

What level of Total Comp statement are you looking for?

Do you just want cash comp and non-cash? Do you want to include perqs? How about company matches for things like 401K and health care? Anything else?
